A Zweena Health Record includes complete medical history, medication lists, results of diagnostic testing, health insurance information, advanced directives, health-related legal documents, including their living will, DNR authorization, healthcare power of attorney, organ donor status and other personal health details.

A Comprehensive View of Your Patient

A Zweena Health Record can help the health team avoid problems such as adverse events due to drug interactions or prescribing medications to which the patient is allergic. It can also help physicians follow up on important abnormal findings about which the patient may be unaware.
