Enter basic information

Allow Zweena to access your Microsoft Healthvault Account.
Select the primary account holder
Click “Allow Access”

Select your Zweena security image.
Choose an image that is meaningful to you
Review and accept the Zweena terms
& conditions
Provide payment information
