If you are like most people, you may want to “test drive” Zweena prior to becoming a member. During the Free Trial, we will do all the work necessary to have you experience the award winning Zweena application and our excellent customer service.

We do ask you for a credit card, and this is only for any copy charges your doctor may charge for your record. We pass these same charges on to you, without any mark-up. Since we only ask for your latest visit record, chances are any copy charges incurred should be less than $10. We contact you before paying copy charges that are beyond this range.

Important: At any time within the 60 day period you may notify Zweena that you have decided not to continue with your Zweena Trial. If you do not notify Zweena before the 60 day trial period ends, your credit card will be charged for a full year of a Zweena Family membership at the rate of $49.95. You now can have Zweena add more information to your Zweena Health Record as you wish!

For the Free Trial, we recommend:
  • Carefully complete our registration information. Insure that email and phone information is accurate and current.
  • Select one of your doctors (we recommend your primary care doctor) for Zweena to collect the record from. For the Free Trial we collect a copy of your last visit, and load this information in your Zweena account.
  • Complete the HIPAA Authorization to Release Record Form, and send this to us (fax is best). This gives us the authorization to collect this record on your behalf. Again, we do all the work!
  • We will collect a copy of your credit card for authorization purposes. Only copy charges will be charged on your card during the Free Trial period. The rest is on us!
  • Get to know your newly created Microsoft HealthVault account, a free application, with your newly created digital data. Again, Zweena does the work; you play and have fun.
  • Take advantage of our personal customer support as needed during the 60 days. Our team likes to hear from you!
